Since our establishment in 1979, this year marks the 39th anniversary of TREATS. We endeavor to actualize our vision “Creating an Inclusive Society for ALL Children”. As a pioneer in children’s social inclusion, we have devised various activities to educate the next generation on learning how to appreciate and embrace differences as well as achieve equal participation, thus enabling children and teenagers of different abilities and backgrounds, especially the intellectually, physically, emotional or socially disadvantaged to break through barriers, and develop personal and social skills. We hope that everyone can participate in our society with respect and dignity.

Our mission is to provide opportunities for all children, teenagers and their families to experience inclusion, build their self-esteem and develop various life skills. We believe that children with all abilities shall have equal opportunity to reach their full potential and live in a friendly and acceptant society. By educating and altering public awareness of social inclusion, we can improve and promote children’s rights and social participation.

On behalf of the Executive Committee, I would like to express my sincere thanks to all our donors, partners, friends and members. Without their support, we could not have achieved so much. My special thanks go to all our dedicated volunteers for their enormous contribution. Last but not least, I would like to give my deepest appreciation to all TREATS staff for their hard work and enthusiasm.
