Work plays an important part in every person's life and it is an important inclusion indicator for a society. In view of the high unemployment rate and work exclusion for the young adult with disabilities, TREATS Youth Mentoring and Work-based Learning Project aims at providing a real-life work exposure and experience for the youth before they graduate from schools. We provide pre-intensive training, on-going case management support and follow up sessions for both youth mentee with disabilities, as well as the participating corporate mentors.

We work with companies to recruit and identify the mentors and support them to provide guidance and role model for the participating students. The Project not only provides a valuable chance for the youth to learn, develop and actualise their potential but also a wonderful way to build a caring, inclusive corporate culture.
